Pineapple Old Fashioned

Peach Old Fashioned

Smoked Old Fashioned

  • 2.5 oz whiskey

  • 0.75 oz grilled pineapple and brown sugar syrup

  • 3-4 dashes of aromatic bitters

Combine in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a glass with a large cube of ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or cherry.

Pineapple Margarita

  • 2 oz blanco tequila

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.5 oz grilled pineapple and brown sugar syrup

  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a salt rimmed glass containing fresh ice. Garnish with a lime or pineapple wedge.

Toasted Jack Rose

  • 2.5 oz whiskey

  • 0.75 oz peach pie syrup

  • 3-4 dashes of aromatic bitters

Combine in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a glass with a large cube of ice. Garnish with a peach slice.

Bayou Winter

  • 1 oz dark rum

  • 0.75 oz brandy

  • 0.75 oz peach pie syrup

  • 1 oz heavy cream

  • 1 whole egg

Dry shake all of the ingredients, then shake again with ice. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a few grates of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Rum Punch

  • 2.5 oz whiskey

  • 0.75 oz smoked cherry orange syrup

  • 3-4 dashes of aromatic bitters

Combine in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a glass with a large cube of ice. Garnish with an orange peel and cherry.

Smoked Daquiri

  • 1.5 oz white rum

  • 0.5 oz cherry liqueur

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.5 oz smoked cherry orange syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lime wedge or cherry.

Toasted Daquiri

  • 2 oz apple brandy

  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.75 oz toasted coconut grenadine

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with an apple slice.

Tailgate Time

  • 1.5 oz bourbon

  • 1 oz applejack

  • 1 oz peach liqueur

  • 0.75 oz caramel apple cinnamon syrup

  • splash of lemon juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into an old fashion glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Fall Espresso Martini

  • 1 oz vodka

  • 1 oz coffee liqueur

  • 0.5 oz coffee

  • 0.5 oz caramel apple cinnamon syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice, then double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

  • 1 oz light rum

  • 0.5 oz dark rum

  • 0.25 oz orange juice

  • 0.75 oz pineapple juice

  • 0.75 oz toasted coconut grenadine

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a cherry and orange wedge.

Friday Night Flip

  • 1.5 oz gin

  • 0.5 oz apple vodka

  • 0.5 oz lemon juice

  • 0.5 oz caramel apple cinnamon syrup

  • 1 egg white

Dry shake all ingredients, then add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a couple of drops of Angostura bitters.

Cousin Eddie

  • 2 oz gin

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 0.75 oz Christmas Fireside syrup

  • 2 oz seltzer

Shake gin, lime juice, and syrup with ice, then double strain into a tall Collins glass. Top with seltzer water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

  • 2 oz Jamaican Rum

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 0.75 oz toasted coconut grenadine

Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass.

Streetcar Ride

  • 1 oz brandy

  • 0.5 oz applejack

  • 1 oz dry curacao

  • 0.75 oz lemon juice

  • 0.25 oz caramel apple cinnamon syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar.

Sweater Weather

  • 1.5 oz whiskey

  • 0.5 oz amaretto

  • 0.5 oz Christmas Fireside syrup

  • splash of lemon

  • 2-3 dashes of bitters

Combine in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a glass with a large cube of ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

St. Nick's Nightcap

  • 1.75 oz whiskey

  • 0.5 oz cognac

  • 0.75 oz Christmas Fireside syrup

  • 3 dashes of Peychaud's bitters

  • 1 dash of Angostura bitters

​

Prepare an old fashioned glass with an absinthe rinse or spray. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into the prepared old fashioned glass. Garnish with a toasted cinnamon stick.
